DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

FirstRep

You can permanently delete your FirstRep account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.

In the app

• Open FirstRep and sign in.
• Go to Profile (tap your avatar on the Home screen).
• Scroll down and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and login credentials
• All workout logs, programs and personal records
• Nutrition and calorie logs, and your calorie profile
• Body-weight history and progress entries
• All uploaded photos (avatar and progress photos)

No personal data is retained after deletion, and there is no recovery period.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in to delete your account yourself, email support@firstrep.online from your account's email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
